Peter J. Mancuso, DPM, FACFAS, founded N.Y. Foot & Ankle Specialists in 2006.
Dr. Mancuso is a podiatrist practicing on Long Island. He completed both podiatric medical and surgical residency programs in Manhattan and is double board certified.
Dr. Mancuso is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is on staff at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip and is the Interim Chief of Podiatry at Southside Hospital in Bay Shore.
Dr. Mancuso is an attending at the Center For Wound Healing where he is part of the limb salvage team, treating ulcerations of the lower extremity.
Dr. Mancuso is a professional member of the American Diabetes Association who lectures around the country on wound care and new treatments for the diabetic foot.
Dr. Mancuso is also the past President of the Suffolk County Podiatric Medical Association and County delegate for OPEIU Guild 45, a branch of the AFL-CIO.
