Peter J. Mancuso, DPM, FACFAS, founded N.Y. Foot & Ankle Specialists in 2006.
Dr. Mancuso is a podiatrist practicing on Long Island. He completed both podiatric medical and surgical residency programs in Manhattan and is board certified.
Dr. Mancuso is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is on staff at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip, St.Catherines in Smithtown and is the Chief of Podiatry at North Shore LIJ's Southside Hospital in Bay Shore.
Dr. Mancuso is an attending at the Center For Wound Healing where he is part of the limb salvage team, treating ulcerations of the lower extremity.
Dr. Mancuso is a founding member of The Long Island Wound Healing Association who lectures around the country on wound care and new treatments for the diabetic foot.
Dr. Mancuso is also the past President of the Suffolk County Podiatric Medical Association and member of the AFL-CIO.
